Sneaky minx that I am, I presented Love of my Life with a blind taste test consisting of two 'premium' Lincolnshire bangers and two cheap (and as it turns out not so nasty) 'value' ones. I refused to tell him which was which.
His verdict...to be honest he couldn't tell much difference. The Lincolnshire variety were superior in taste due to the yummy mix of herbs. But that's not to say the Smart Price ones were lacking in this department. Would we go for the cheaper option again? Yes, I think we would.
Just goes to show, you don't know until you try!
