Trying to be a clever lass and get as much mullah tucked away in my ISA before the end of April, so that I get an instant boost to my savings courtesy of Mr. Tax Free Interest - hurrah!
This has entailed me selling, well, anything in the house which I don't use/need which may make me some money! I think Love of my Life thinks I'm being a bit extreme. But, £5k isn't going to make its way into my bank account by magic, so extreme measures it is! Besides, he should be pleased (if not amazed) that I, as a total hoarder, am actually willing to part with some of my stuff!
So far I've sold an old marketing textbook and I have bids on a candle and some soaps! Yay - I'm getting a bit into this savings malarkey and can't wait to deposit the profits into my savings account - bring it on!
