Out of Control....

No, don't fear I haven't gone on some mad spending spree. But I am thinking that my obsession with budgeting is perhaps going a little too far, after I found myself cursing myself for 'wasting' 30p on a Box File in Wilko, which I later found out I could have picked up cheaper in WH Smith! Hmm...lighten up love, it's 30p not £30!
