Well, I hate to say it, but my Mum was right! It really does pay to shop around. As much as I used to roll my eyes when she used to drag me from shop to shop searching out the best deals, I now get it. I guess the epiphany came a little early for this budgeting babe! Today I have scoured the town for the best deal on nail polish remover (Boots won this one for me, same price as Superdrug, but at least I scored some of those all important Advantage Card points) and Superdrug on Eye Make Up Remover. Seems ironic really if I never wore eye make up and nail polish I'd never need the products to remove it, but such is the world of a babe, eh?
I've got lots more money saving ideas up my sleeve, but more on those over the course of the weekend, at the moment I'm tuned into Ugly Betty, a free, indulgent weekend treat!
